Justin is amazing! Was at my place half hour after speaking, got my furnace up and running within an hour! Also, this was on a Sunday/ New Year’s Eve. Will be calling again for some other items around the house.

I had a friend recommend All-American to fix a split pipe in the basement. I talked with Justin and set up an appointment for the next day(it was already the evening and not a pressing emergency) for between 10a-12p. He showed up right at 10a, examined the split, explained step-by-step how he would fix the issue and then fixed it. He was in-and-out, and I found the price very reasonable. He also walked me through some basics of the water shut offs to prevent my problem from happening again. I would definitely recommend All-American Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and use their service again if I ever needed.

We have used Justin’s services three times now, and each time has been a positive experience. He provided a second-opinion consultation on our broken furnace (we had some less-than-solid advice from the company the home warranty company sent to repair our furnace) and helped us navigate the fix-it or replace-it decision. He ran a new gas line to our kitchen and installed our new dual-fuel range. Lastly, he diagnosed an issue with our outdoor spigot. Each interaction was positive. He is timely, clean (he brings along furniture moving pads to prevent the floor from being scratched, mats to keep his work boots on, left no trace when doing drywall work and cutting access panels), and personable. He was careful to keep noises to a minimum when my kiddo was napping. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and to recommend his work to a friend.

Justin was able to replace/update our old drain pump in our basement and update some of our plumbing that had been installed incorrectly. Very quick and efficient (plus we no longer have a gross well of scummy, standing water in our basement — highly recommend having this replaced!)

I needed work done in my kitchen. I will never use anyone else. My gas line installed, my new plumbing for my fridge and sink, my airconditioning, heating redirected and my powder room toilet and vanity installed. All of this was done in a timely manner, and no mess for me to clean up.
This is the only time I’ve reviewed a plumber. He’s that good.

Recently, one of our master bathroom sinks broke (the pipes separated and it was leaking everywhere). All American came highly recommended by a friend, so we decided to call them to fix it for us. I spoke with Justin, the owner, and he said he was able to come by promptly to fix. He told us he would be there at 2 and showed up 10 minutes early! As a SAHM, I was very comfortable having Justin in my house. He was extremely professional, efficient and was mindful of my sleeping children. We will definitely be calling him again. He will be our plumber/HVAC guy going forward.

We were referred to all American by a friend. I am very happy with our service. Justin returned my call in a timely manner and also was able to come out within a week. I had a leaky faucet and he fixed it with no problem. Also, felt comfortable having him in my home. Highly recommend and will use him again.

We had a problem in our kids shower, it would either be scolding hot or freezing cold.  I set up a time with Justin the owner, he arrived promptly, identified the problem quickly, fixed it, and cleaned up any mess.  He was friendly and professional and made sure the job was done right the first time.  He was helpful in explaining what he was did and didn’t mind that I asked questions (I always like to see what they are doing and try and understand).  I would highly recommend All American plumbing and will call them again anytime I need help something for plumbing/HVAC!
